S ophia joined the ERC in September 2021 and serves as a Test Coordinator. In this role, she supports testing efforts through investigation, reporting, and data entry. She coordinates tests as necessary and conducts background research on potential civil rights investigations. Sophia received her undergraduate degree in Government and African American Studies from The College of William & Mary and has relocated to the DMV area. She is passionate about the intersection of legal procedures and civil rights advocacy and plans to attend law school in the future.
