C hip joined the ERC in July 2022 and serves as a Civil Rights Testing Coordinator. In this role, he coordinates and conducts a variety of civil rights investigations. Prior to joining the ERC, he worked as an Investigative Coordinator at the Fair Housing Justice Center in New York City. In this role, he was responsible for leading and structuring complaint-based investigations of allegations of discrimination in housing as well as systemic investigations. Chip holds a Master’s in Public Policy from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University.
