Z oe joined the ERC in June 2023 and serves as a Testing Coordinator. In this role, she develops and coordinates civil rights testing investigations, manages and supports testers, and conducts data analysis and reporting. Prior to joining the ERC, Zoe worked as a case manager at Housing Counseling Services in their Metropolitan Housing Access Program. Zoe developed her passion for housing and economic justice while working in the domestic violence advocacy space in Los Angeles. Zoe graduated from Occidental College in 2019, where she received her BA in Politics with an emphasis on Urban and Environmental Policy.
