N ancy (Yeon-Joo) joined the ERC in May 2023 and serves as a Test Coordinator. In this role, she coordinates tests, recruits and supports testers, and conducts data management, analysis, and reporting. She has experience as a tester and has worked as a research assistant on projects investigating service provision to immigrants in the Greater Washington, D.C. area. Nancy received her B.A. in Literary Translation from Swarthmore College and M.A. in International Development from George Washington University. She is currently finishing her Ph.D. in International Relations from American University with a dissertation on immigrant rights organizations.
