J us joined the ERC in January 2024 and serves as a Testing Coordinator. In this role, they coordinate tests, manage and support testers, and conduct data analysis and reporting. Prior to joining the ERC, Jus was the Testing Coordinator for Jacksonville Area Legal Aid. Jus developed their passion for housing and tenant advocacy while working on the JAX Rental Housing Project at the Northeast Florida Center for Community Initiatives. Jus graduated from the University of North Florida in 2022, where they received their BA in Sociology with a concentration in Social Welfare.
