J ulio Barducci joined the ERC in 2024 and serves as the Administrative Specialist. He has built a career dedicated to social good, with over a decade of experience in the non-profit sector. Julio’s diverse experience includes leading teams and optimizing processes as a Human Resources Manager and engaging directly with clients as an Outreach Coordinator. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
