We’re thrilled to offer nine events this month to celebrate fair housing, from in-person conferences to educational webinars.

The ERC reached an agreement with Kettler to settle allegations that the company unlawfully refused to accept housing vouchers at its D.C. residential apartment properties.

We hope our civil rights expertise can help the D.C. Council to better understand and address the urgent fair housing issues facing the city.

We encourage D.C. residents to share their experiences regarding fair housing issues at upcoming performance oversight hearings.

Investigations revealed that Logan Circle & McLean Gardens neighborhood apartments discriminated against voucher holders, 95% of whom are Black residents.
