H enry Maticorena is part of the ERC’s Corporate Compliance team. He joined the organization in 2025, having prior served as a public servant and nonprofit administrator in Washington, DC. He has led educational campaigns, engagement initiatives and advocacy efforts, and cites a particular professional passion for cross-cultural communication. In his role at the ERC, he strives to  ensure that compliance programs not only promote adherence to legal requirements, but also reflect empathy and cultural awareness. Henry completed advanced studies in globalization and development at the University of Westminster in the United Kingdom and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from The George Washington University.
