The ERC reached an agreement with Kettler to settle allegations that the company unlawfully refused to accept housing vouchers at its D.C. residential apartment properties.

Today, the ERC re-launched its General Fair Housing training course. The revamped online course offers an engaging and informative look at best practices for complying with fair housing laws.
