Every year, the ERC publishes a report on the work we’ve done to identify and eliminate discrimination in the Greater Washington, D.C. region and nationwide. In 2024, we used civil rights testing to identify illegal discrimination and took action to eliminate it. We also empowered our neighbors to know and defend their fair housing rights.
