P aul joined the Equal Rights Center in August 2019 and serves as the Civil Rights Testing Coordinator. In this role, he is responsible for coordinating fair housing testing and conducting training for new testers. Before coming on board with the ERC, Mr. Khouri was a scheduling manager for Graham Interpreting Services. In this position, he handled requests for sign language interpreting services from DC and Virginia school systems, as well as many federal government agencies. Paul, who has a disability himself, has played a significant role in the disability community. He is a member of DC Advocacy Partners and was named the Equal Rights Center’s Advocate of the Year in 2016. Paul received his bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Gallaudet University in Washington, DC.
